With five mins to go why did Pardew bring Sheringham on, and not James Collins? We were in the lead, why bring on a striker and not a defender. Still doesn't make any sense.

Interesting that, because I can remember loads of Scousers walking past us after the game outside the ground pretty much apologising for winning and sportingly admitting that we deserved to win the match.

I remember screaming at Scaloni at the time. It didn't make sense. He pointed at the injured player, indicated he was going to let it go, so why didn't he just punt it to the half-way line? I have watched it since and I'm still convinced we'll win.
